ProVizion offers six outsourcing services from the Philippines: customer service, technical support, back office, call centre, virtual assistants and offshore staffing.

Trusted by teams at

Virtual assistants, data entry and email or chat support are the most common first engagements because the work is easy to describe and quick to evaluate. Voice, claims and technical support take a little more preparation but follow the same recruitment and onboarding steps.
Choosing between Philippines outsourcing services is easier when you start from the work rather than the label. Most of what businesses send offshore falls into a handful of shapes: talking to customers, fixing their problems, processing their paperwork, keeping records clean, or giving a busy person an extra pair of hands. The service lines below map onto those shapes, and each links to a fuller page.
Since 2011 ProVizion Outsourcing has built teams of every one of these kinds for clients including Allstate, Alibaba Group and Keller Williams. Whatever the service, the model is the same underneath: dedicated Filipino staff, employed full time by us, working inside your systems on your hours, directed by you or by a ProVizion team leader as you prefer. If your work spans more than one line, tell us and we will design a blended team rather than make you pick.
For businesses whose inbound phone and email queries have outgrown the people answering them. Suits insurance agencies, retailers, subscription businesses and service firms that need consistent, polite handling of billing questions, account changes, complaints and general enquiries across US, Australian or UK hours. Teams are trained on your tone before your products. Read more on our customer service outsourcing page.
"So glad that we have the opportunity to work with the team in Manila. Very professional, amazing service. I can't say enough!"
For software companies, managed service providers and hardware brands that need tier-one and tier-two support without pulling engineers off the roadmap. Analysts handle troubleshooting, configuration, account access and escalation triage inside your ticketing and remote tools, with clear rules on what goes upstream. Details are on the technical support outsourcing page.
For finance, mortgage, legal, accounting and property businesses drowning in processing: document collection, application packaging, reconciliations, invoice handling, compliance checks and reporting. Best for work that is repeatable, screen-based and measurable, and that currently occupies people you hired for something else. See the back office outsourcing page for typical roles.
"What cemented our decision is how attentive the owners and management are. They are on-hand any time to help and always looking for feedback. We feel we're in good hands."
For organisations with genuine call volume: inbound service lines, appointment setting, outbound follow-up, surveys and retention campaigns. Voice teams need quieter facilities, better equipment and tighter rostering than written channels, so this line is usually office-based and often structured to meet PCI DSS requirements for card handling. Our call centre outsourcing page explains the setup.
For websites and apps where visitors expect an answer while they are still on the page: pre-sales questions, order tracking, booking changes and first-line support. Chat agents write clearly, work several conversations at once and follow your macros without sounding like them. Popular with ecommerce and SaaS clients covering evening hours. More on the live chat outsourcing page.
For online retailers and marketplace sellers handling order enquiries, returns, refunds, marketplace messages, product questions and review responses across platforms. Teams work inside your storefront, helpdesk and fulfilment tools and scale up for seasonal peaks without temporary local hires. The ecommerce outsourcing page covers the roles in detail.
For any business with a steady flow of forms, records, listings, invoices or survey responses that must be keyed, cleaned, categorised or migrated accurately. Suits real estate listings, product catalogues, CRM cleansing and document indexing. Accuracy is sampled and scored so quality is visible, not assumed. Find out more on the data entry outsourcing page.
For insurers, agencies, third-party administrators and healthcare billers that need first notice of loss, claim intake, document verification, adjudication support and status updates handled quickly and in line with carrier or payer rules. Engagements can be structured to meet HIPAA requirements where medical data is involved. Read the claims processing outsourcing page for how these teams are built.
For founders, executives, brokers, agents and small teams who need one capable person to own inboxes, calendars, CRM updates, research, travel, documents and follow-ups. A virtual assistant is often the first offshore hire a business makes and frequently the one that convinces them to build a larger team. See the virtual assistant page for how matching works.
For businesses that want to hire named individuals into specific roles, from paralegals and bookkeepers to marketing coordinators and estimators, and manage them as their own staff. We recruit, employ and support the person; you direct the work. Suits roles that need judgement and continuity rather than a scripted process. The offshore staffing page sets out how it differs from a managed service.
For organisations moving a whole function offshore: a support desk, a processing unit, a sales development pod. Our own operation delivers teams of up to about twenty, and anything bigger is run with partner facilities that each have more than a thousand seats. A ProVizion team leader can run rosters, quality and coaching, or your manager can. Our dedicated teams page describes the design and scaling process.
If none of the lines above is an obvious match, start with the task that eats the most of your best people's time and describe it in a sentence. That is usually enough for us to say which service line it belongs to, how many seats it justifies and whether it should begin as a single hire or a small team. Every line shares the same foundations: named staff, your systems, your hours, and a management model you choose.

Yes. A single team can blend phone, email and chat, or combine processing with customer contact, provided the roles are designed for it. Tell us what the work involves and we will propose a structure rather than forcing it into one category.
Both. You can have a ProVizion team leader run the team, or manage it yourself with our HR support in the background. The choice is made when the team is designed and can be changed at a later roster cycle if your needs shift.
A one to three person team can typically be live within 48 hours once you have chosen the candidate. Larger or more specialised teams, particularly those needing licences or compliance-controlled environments, are phased in over a few weeks.
No. Every person is recruited for one client and works only on that client's work, inside that client's systems. Shared pools are cheaper to run but make it impossible for staff to learn a business deeply, so we do not operate them.
Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
