Offshore staffing in the Philippines means a full-time person in Manila who works only for your business, on your hours, while ProVizion handles employment, office and HR.

No. ProVizion employs the person locally through its trading entity, Provizion Marketing Services, and handles contracts, payroll and statutory contributions. You engage ProVizion under a service agreement, typically for three to twelve months depending on scale, and manage the work as you would with any team member.
For Australian businesses, offshore staffing arrangements in the Philippines mean something quite specific: a full-time person based in Manila who works only for you, on your hours, inside your systems, and who is employed and supported by ProVizion Outsourcing rather than by you. It is a different model from handing a process to a call centre and waiting for reports. You keep the manager's seat. We take on the employment, the payroll, the desk and the HR file.
This is how ProVizion has built teams since 2011 for clients including Keller Williams, Anytime Fitness and Acrisure, recruiting from a Filipino talent network that runs to more than 10,000 professionals. Most of our Australian clients begin with one or two roles, often admin or customer service, and grow from there once the daily rhythm is proven. This page explains how the arrangement is structured, what stays in your hands and what we look after.
Outsourcing, in the traditional sense, moves a whole process to a provider who owns the method, the tools and the outcome. Offshore staffing keeps the process with you. The person in Manila logs into your CRM, follows your procedures and reports to your team leader in Adelaide or Sydney. If you would not hand the work to a stranger with a script, but you would hand it to a new hire after two weeks of induction, the staffing model is usually the better fit.
ProVizion offers both. Where a client wants a fully managed dedicated team with its own leader and QA, we run it. Where a client wants named individuals sitting inside an existing Australian department, we place and support them. Many clients start with the second and shift to the first as headcount grows.
"What cemented our decision is how attentive the owners and management are. They are on-hand any time to help and always looking for feedback. We feel we're in good hands."
Your offshore staff are employed in the Philippines by ProVizion Outsourcing, trading as Provizion Marketing Services. That means the employment contract, statutory contributions, leave entitlements and local labour compliance sit with us. You do not register an entity, run Philippine payroll or become familiar with Manila labour law. Australian instruments such as modern awards, superannuation and Fair Work obligations apply to Australian employees, not to staff employed offshore, so they do not attach to this arrangement. What does apply is our own commitment to competitive pay, health cover, paid leave and a clear career path for every person we place.
"Simply the best. Creative, reliable, and quick responding! They truly care which is my favorite!"
You set the tasks, the priorities and the standard of work. You decide which systems the person can see and at what permission level, because they work inside your platforms and your data never leaves them. Day-to-day management can sit with you, or you can ask a ProVizion team leader to look after rosters, quality checks and coaching for you. That choice is not permanent; clients change it as their needs shift. You also approve leave dates in advance and have a say in shift patterns, so an EOFY crunch or a product launch can be planned around.
Manila sits at UTC+8, two hours behind Sydney and Melbourne during standard time, three during daylight saving, and in the same zone as Perth. A Manila day shift covers Australian business hours comfortably, so a 9am stand-up in Brisbane is a 7am start in Manila and nothing unusual. Most of our Australian clients run their stand-up over Teams or Google Meet, keep a shared task board, and treat the offshore person exactly as they would a remote hire in Hobart. The habits that make it work are ordinary ones: written handovers, a single channel for questions and a weekly one-on-one.
The first hire is usually one of a handful of roles. Admin and back-office staff handle data entry, invoicing and scheduling for trades, property and professional services firms. Customer service staff take inbound email, chat and phone enquiries on Australian hours. Technical support staff cover level one and two help desks for MSPs. Bookkeeping assistants, marketing coordinators, recruitment resourcers and sales development reps follow close behind. Once you have signed off, a team of one, two or three people is usually up and running inside 48 hours.

No. Modern awards, superannuation and Fair Work provisions cover employees engaged in Australia. Staff placed through ProVizion are employed in the Philippines under local law, and we provide competitive pay, health cover, paid leave and career progression as part of the arrangement.
Yes. Rosters follow your calendar rather than the Philippine one, so staff can work on Manila public holidays and take Australian ones off if you prefer. Leave requests are approved with you in advance so coverage during busy periods is planned.
We replace them. Because ProVizion handles recruitment and HR, a replacement is sourced from the same talent network and inducted using the documentation from the first placement. Many clients find the second hire settles faster because the role brief has been refined.
In your systems. Staff log into your CRM, ticketing or accounting platform with the permissions you grant. ProVizion adds NDAs, background checks, role-based access and activity logging, and can structure the engagement to meet requirements such as the Australian Privacy Principles or PCI DSS.
Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
