Contact ProVizion Outsourcing

There are two ways to contact ProVizion: book a short video call to talk it through, or request a written proposal if you already know the roles, hours and volumes.

Pick a time that suits you

Choose a slot and the calendar converts it to your local time automatically. Calls run on video and last about thirty minutes.

  • Your current setup and where the pressure is
  • Which roles suit offshore staff, and which do not
  • How a team would be structured, managed and supported
  • Realistic timelines from approval to go-live

Already know the roles, hours and volumes?

People who contact ProVizion for the first time usually want one of two things: a conversation to test whether offshoring fits, or a written proposal for a team they have already scoped. This page explains which route suits which situation, what to have to hand, what happens after you get in touch, and where job seekers and prospective partners should go instead.

We have built teams for organisations including Anytime Fitness, Acrisure and SEM/EQ, and for single-founder businesses hiring their first assistant, so no enquiry is too small to be worth a reply. We aim to respond within one business day in your time zone, usually sooner, and every message is read by a member of the client team rather than filtered by software.

Which route to choose: a call or a proposal

Book a call if you are still deciding. A short video conversation lets you describe the work, ask about how teams are managed and staffed, and hear an honest view on whether your roles are ready to move. There is no preparation required beyond knowing roughly what you want done and when.

Request a proposal if you already know the roles, hours and volumes. You will receive a document setting out a proposed team structure, management model, timeline and terms, which you can compare against other providers. The proposal request page lists exactly what we need from you and describes what comes back.

★★★★★
"Simply the best. Creative, reliable, and quick responding! They truly care which is my favorite!"
SRSara Reineke, Insurance

What to have ready when you contact ProVizion

  • The roles you are thinking of, even loosely described.
  • The hours you need covered, in your own time zone.
  • A rough sense of volume: calls a day, tickets a week, files a month.
  • The main systems the staff would work in.
  • Any compliance standard that applies to your data.
  • When you would like the team to start.

None of this needs to be precise for a first call. For a proposal, the more exact it is, the more useful the document will be.

What happens next

If you book a call, you choose a slot on the booking calendar and a member of our client team joins you at that time. Manila is UTC+8, so we keep staff available across Australian business hours on our day shift, North American hours overnight, and UK hours in the Manila afternoon and evening. Choose whichever slot suits you; the calendar shows times in your own zone.

If you request a proposal, we typically come back within a business day with any clarifying questions, then send the proposal itself a few days later depending on the complexity of the brief. From there the sequence is the one described on our process page: a discovery conversation, a team design for you to approve, and recruitment.

For candidates and job seekers

If you are a Filipino professional looking to join a client team, please do not use the client enquiry routes; they go to the sales team and will slow your application down. Our careers page carries current openings across customer service, technical support, back office, quality and team leadership, along with details of the full-time employment, health cover, paid leave and career progression we offer. Applications made there reach our recruiters directly.

For partners and facilities

We deliver teams of up to about twenty people from our own operation and work with partner centres of a thousand seats or more for larger programmes. If you operate a facility in the Philippines and would like to discuss partnership, or if you are a consultant or adviser who refers clients to outsourcing providers, book a call and mention partnership in the notes so it reaches the right person. You can read more about how our partner network is structured on the about page.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I hear back after I contact ProVizion?

We aim to reply within one business day in your own time zone, and calls are usually available within a few days of booking. Proposals take a little longer because we prepare them around your specific roles and hours rather than sending a standard document.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting in touch?

No. Many first conversations start with a problem rather than a role, such as a backlog or a founder doing work that should be delegated. We can help turn that into a team design. Come with a clear brief only if you want a proposal straight away.

Which time zones do you answer in?

All of the ones our clients work in. Australian and New Zealand hours are covered by our day shift, US and Canadian hours by our night shift, and UK and European hours by our afternoon and split shifts, so you will not be waiting for Manila to wake up.

Can I contact you about a single role rather than a team?

Yes. Single-seat engagements are common, and one to three seats can often be live within 48 hours of the candidate being chosen. Use the same routes as any other enquiry.

I am looking for work. Where do I apply?

Through the careers page rather than the client enquiry routes. Applications submitted there go straight to our recruitment team, who screen for current openings and keep suitable candidates in our talent network for future roles.

Let's talk about your team.

Two ways to start. Book a short call, or request a proposal and we'll come back with a recommended team structure.
