Quick answer

Which of the top outsourcing companies in the Philippines is right for a business with fewer than ten staff to place?

The offshore staffing specialists are the natural fit. Outsourced.ph, Cloudstaff, Beepo, MicroSourcing and ProVizion all recruit from a single seat upwards, and several offer a team leader option so you are not supervising each person yourself. The global BPO firms are structured for much larger programmes.

Anyone searching for the top outsourcing companies in the Philippines quickly runs into the same problem: the lists are long, the descriptions are vague, and very few of them explain who each provider is actually built for. This guide takes a different approach. It profiles ten providers, from global firms with tens of thousands of Philippine staff through to specialists that build small dedicated teams, and says plainly which kind of buyer each one tends to suit.

ProVizion Outsourcing is on the list, and we have tried to describe ourselves with the same fairness we apply to everyone else. We have built Philippine teams since 2011 for clients such as Allstate, Keller Williams and Anytime Fitness, and we hear the same questions from prospective clients every week. Which engagement model do I need? How big does a provider have to be? What should I ask before signing anything? The sections below take each of those in turn, starting with the shortlist itself.

Accenture is a global professional services firm with one of the largest employee bases in the Philippines, spread across Manila and Cebu. Its Philippine operations deliver finance and accounting, procurement, customer operations and technology services. It suits large enterprises that want consulting, systems integration and operations from a single vendor.

Concentrix is one of the largest customer experience providers in the world and has a substantial Philippine footprint across many sites. Following its combination with Webhelp, it serves clients in technology, banking, healthcare and retail with customer support, technical support, sales and back-office work. It fits organisations that need hundreds or thousands of seats, multilingual coverage and a partner with a long history in regulated industries.

Teleperformance, headquartered in France, is another of the sector's giants and has operated in the Philippines for more than two decades. Its Philippine sites handle voice, chat, email and content moderation for global brands. It suits enterprises running high-volume programmes that value site redundancy and mature workforce management.

TaskUs was founded in 2008 and grew up in the Philippines before expanding worldwide. It concentrates on digital customer experience, trust and safety, content moderation and AI data services,, mainly for technology companies, marketplaces and consumer apps. It suits businesses whose support needs are digital-first and who want a provider fluent in the working culture of high-growth tech.

Outsourced.ph is a Manila-based provider that recruits dedicated staff to a client's specification across IT, creative, marketing, administration and customer support roles. The client directs the day-to-day work while the provider handles employment, facilities and HR. It fits small and mid-sized businesses that want named full-time people rather than a managed service, and are willing to supervise them.

Cloudstaff was founded by Australians and operates from Clark in Pampanga, north of Manila, with a strong following among Australian small and medium businesses. It provides dedicated staff across accounting, customer service, technical and creative roles. It suits firms that want a visible, campus-style operation working on Australian hours.

Beepo is an Australian-founded offshore staffing provider, now part of the Probe Group, also based in Clark. It concentrates on accounting and bookkeeping, administration, customer service and sales support roles for Australian businesses. It fits accounting practices, mortgage brokers and professional services firms that want a handful of dedicated staff backed by a larger parent organisation.

Magellan Solutions is a Philippine-owned business process outsourcing company in Manila that has served small and mid-sized clients for many years. It offers inbound and outbound contact centre services, lead generation, order taking and back-office processing. It suits businesses that want a managed, service-level-driven engagement without the minimum volumes that the global firms usually expect.

MicroSourcing is one of the larger offshore staffing providers in the country, with several thousand staff in Manila and other locations, and also sits within the Probe Group. It builds dedicated teams for clients in Australia, the United States and elsewhere across functions from customer support to engineering. It fits mid-sized companies scaling to dozens or hundreds of seats.

ProVizion Outsourcing, trading as Provizion Marketing Services, has built dedicated Philippine teams since 2011 for clients in the US, Australia, the UK and Canada. Teams of up to around twenty people are delivered directly, larger programmes run through partner facilities of more than a thousand seats, and clients choose between managing staff themselves or having a ProVizion team leader run rosters, quality and coaching. The fit is strongest for organisations that prefer to begin with a small team, keep staff inside their own systems, and retain the option to change the management arrangement later.

Three engagement models, and why the difference matters more than the brand

Most disappointment with Philippine providers comes from choosing the wrong model, not the wrong company. Almost every firm above operates in one or more of the following shapes.

  • Managed BPO. You hand over a process, agree service levels and let the provider staff, supervise and report on it. You buy an outcome. This is the traditional shape offered by Accenture, Concentrix, Teleperformance and Magellan Solutions.
  • Dedicated offshore staffing. The provider recruits full-time people to your brief, employs them and houses them, and you direct their work as if they sat in your office. Outsourced.ph, Cloudstaff, Beepo and MicroSourcing lead with this model. Our own offshore staffing service works the same way.
  • Hybrid or managed-team. Dedicated staff, but with a provider-employed team leader handling rosters, quality checks and coaching so that you are not supervising individuals. Several providers, including ProVizion, let clients move between this and direct management without changing the contract.

Managed BPO rewards well-documented, high-volume processes. Dedicated staffing rewards a clear brief and a manager with time to engage. The hybrid is often the right first step for a company that has never outsourced before.

Matching a provider to your headcount and stage

Size is the quickest filter. The global firms are structured for programmes of hundreds of seats, and a request for five people will usually be declined politely or routed to a small-business division. The offshore staffing specialists are comfortable from one seat upwards and typically scale to a few hundred.

Stage matters as much as size. A business that has never outsourced before benefits from a provider that will help shape the role and coach the first hires, because the first ninety days decide whether the experiment survives. Our overview of outsourcing to the Philippines covers how these stages usually unfold.

Seven questions to ask on the first call with any provider

  1. Who employs the staff, and what do their contracts, health cover and leave entitlements look like?
  2. Will my people work inside my systems, or inside yours, and where does my data sit at the end of each shift?
  3. What happens when someone resigns: how quickly is a replacement recruited, and who bears the cost of retraining?
  4. Can I speak to the actual team leader or account manager who would look after my account, not only the salesperson?
  5. How are shifts structured for my time zone, and what does that mean for the staff working them?
  6. What is the minimum contract length, and what does the notice period look like if things do not work out?
  7. Which two current clients in my industry would you be willing to introduce me to?

Questions two and three reveal more than any brochure. For customer-facing roles, our customer service outsourcing page explains what good answers sound like.

Reading a proposal without being dazzled by it

Proposals from large firms tend to be long, glossy and full of capability slides unrelated to your programme. Proposals from small firms tend to be short and light on governance. Neither format tells you much on its own.

Look instead for four things: a named delivery lead, a recruitment timeline with real dates, a description of the weekly reporting you will receive, and a clear statement of what is included in the fee and what is billed separately. A provider that cannot answer in writing before you sign is unlikely to answer faster afterwards.

What changes in the first month after signing

Once a contract is signed, the provider's recruitment team takes over and the sales conversation ends. This handover is where expectations often slip. Ask for a single kick-off session with recruitment, IT and your day-to-day contact all present, and agree who answers what.

A one- to three-person team is often working within 48 hours of a signed agreement, while a complex programme of fifty or more seats needs a few weeks of recruitment and systems access. The full sequence, from brief to go-live, is described on our how it works page.

Frequently asked questions

Which of the top outsourcing companies in the Philippines is right for a business with fewer than ten staff to place?

The offshore staffing specialists are the natural fit. Outsourced.ph, Cloudstaff, Beepo, MicroSourcing and ProVizion all recruit from a single seat upwards, and several offer a team leader option so you are not supervising each person yourself. The global BPO firms are structured for much larger programmes.

Are the largest providers always the safest choice?

Not necessarily. Scale brings site redundancy and mature processes, which matter for programmes of hundreds of seats. For a smaller team, a large provider can mean less attention from senior people. Safety comes from clear contracts, named accountability and a sensible notice period, whatever the provider's size.

Can I switch from a managed service to dedicated staff later?

Sometimes, but it depends on the provider. Firms built around managed BPO rarely offer dedicated seats, and vice versa. Providers that run a hybrid model, where the same staff can sit under your management or a provider team leader, make this kind of change straightforward without a new contract.

How do Philippine providers handle data belonging to overseas clients?

Reputable providers keep staff working inside the client's own systems so that data never leaves those platforms. Role-based access, activity logging, signed NDAs and background checks are standard, and engagements can be structured to meet PCI DSS, HIPAA or GDPR requirements where a client's industry demands it.
